Private Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider with all private insurance plans. The visit codes (CPT codes) and the diagnosis codes (ICD 10 codes) that I use are covered by almost all insurance plans. I will not be billing private insurance plans, but I will provide patients a super bill which they can submit to insurance. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered 60%-100%.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network providers and how you can submit super bills.

Due to the Covid 19 epidemic, Medicare is now covering Telehealth visits. I am credentialing my new Telehealth Practice with Medicare and I will be an in-network participating provider. I will be billing Medicare on patients’ behalf. Should Medicare reverse course and return to not covering Telehealth visits then I can accept direct fee-for-service payments since it would then be an uncovered service.

I am not enrolled in any Medicaid plans and my understanding is that they do not reimburse patients if they pay for services from an out-of-network provider. As with Medicare, it is illegal for me to bill patients directly if my services are “covered services” which they almost always are.

I am a non-network, non-participating provider. Non-network copays and cost shares will apply and the visits will cost 15% over and above Tricare’s allowable charge. You will be provided a super bill to file your own claims.


I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Patients are required to put a credit card on file in order to book appointments through the Telehealth Client Portal. The credit card is then automatically billed after the visit. Credit plans will be available.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the appointment. Emergency cancellations can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
